What I treat

Sport & musculoskeletal care, and a great deal more.

My main focus is sport and MSK — backs, necks, joints, muscles and tendons, and helping you move and perform at your best — but I work across the full breadth of physiotherapy.

Sport & Musculoskeletal (MSK)

The core of what I do: pain, injury, stiffness and weakness in the spine, limbs and soft tissue — plus getting you back to performing — assessed and rehabilitated with a clear, active plan.

Other areas

Beyond MSK, I can help with a range of conditions and refer on where something needs another service.

How it works

Three steps, then we get to work.

01

Screen

Answer a few questions about your problem and health. About 3 minutes, and it makes sure physiotherapy is right — and safe — for you.

02

Book

If you're suitable, pick a time that suits you from my availability and secure your slot. I receive your details and confirm your appointment.

03

Rehab

Because I've already read your screening, your first session goes straight into assessment and a tailored plan.

Two ways to see me

At your door in East London — or online, UK-wide.

Start with whichever suits you. Many people begin with an online screening and consultation, then book a home visit for hands-on treatment.

🏠 Home visit — East London

  • Hands-on assessment & manual therapy
  • Treatment in the comfort of your own home
  • No travel — ideal post-op or with reduced mobility
  • A tailored exercise plan, coached in person
  • The same clinician at every visit

🎥 Online consultation — UK-wide

  • Talking through your problem, history & goals
  • Clear advice, education & a self-management plan
  • A home exercise plan with technique guidance
  • Quick follow-ups and deciding the next step

Not sure which to pick? Start online — if hands-on treatment would help, we'll book a home visit.

For a home visit I just need a little clear floor space and, if you'd prefer, a chaperone or family member present. Home visits cover East London — enter your postcode when you book. Online sessions are for patients based in the UK. Some symptoms need urgent care first; the screening below checks for those.

Before you book

Questions people ask first.

Can I book now, before you're HCPC registered?

Yes — you can reserve your place today. I'm a physiotherapy graduate and HCPC registration is expected in October 2027; I'll be in touch personally to confirm timing as that date approaches, and priority goes to whoever is already on the list.

Can someone else be in the room during a home visit?

Always welcome. A family member, friend, or chaperone can be present for any appointment — just mention it when you book, or ask on the day.

What happens after I submit the screening?

I read your answers personally and get back to you to confirm your appointment — or, if something needs checking by a GP or 111 first, I'll explain exactly why and what to do next.

What if I need to cancel or change my time?

No problem — reply to your confirmation email or get in touch as soon as you can, and we'll find another time that works.

🌱 Kineopath is a new practice. There are no reviews to show you yet — because there's no one to write them. Book now and you'll be one of the first patients I treat, not the thousandth.

Screening & booking

Let's check this is right for you.

Honest answers keep you safe. Some symptoms are better seen by your GP or urgent care first — this quick check will tell us.

Choose your appointment

Pick a time from my availability below. I'll confirm it with you by email.

Please choose a format.
Please select an appointment time.
Please tick both boxes to continue.

You're good to book

Nothing in your answers suggests you need to be seen elsewhere first. I've received your details and I'll email you shortly to confirm your appointment — the date, time, and what to expect.

If anything changes or worsens before we meet — especially new numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder/bowel control — please seek urgent medical help (NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency).

Let's get you checked first

Thank you for your honesty. One or more of your answers is best reviewed by a doctor before starting physiotherapy — this is precautionary and common.

What to do nextPlease contact your GP or call NHS 111 to discuss these symptoms. Once you've been checked and cleared, I'd be glad to help with your rehab — just get back in touch.

I've kept a copy of your details so we can pick things up easily afterwards.

Please seek urgent care now

Some symptoms you've described can be serious and need checking urgently — not by physiotherapy.

Please do this nowCall 999 or go to your nearest A&E if you have loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the saddle area, sudden weakness in both legs, or chest pain / breathlessness. Otherwise call NHS 111 straight away for advice.

Please don't wait for a physiotherapy appointment. Getting checked quickly is the safest thing to do.

This online screening is a guide only and not a medical diagnosis. It does not replace professional or emergency medical assessment. If you are worried about your health at any time, contact NHS 111, your GP, or call 999 in an emergency.
